With ten years experience as a Personal Trainer and a Yoga Instructor, good health and fitness have been a huge interest and passion. Due to the mine field of information, I became a yoyo dieter, which was always successful in the beginning but hard to sustain. Being a busy working mom, going through menopause and taking my health for granted, I realised that what used to work no longer worked. I started with the symptoms of CFS (Chronic Fatigue Symdrome), and was diagnosed with high blood pressure, pre-diabetic and gallstones. I had came to a brutal realisation and decided to make some drastic lifestyle changes.
Through persistent research, and learning the science on how the body works, I discovered the benefits of colon hydrotherapy, a healthy gut (microbiota), walks in nature and consuming super foods would all contribute to turning my health around for the better.
I am passionate about helping people and I feel that if we do not approach how we live our lives holistically and aim to change the way we take care of ourselves, there will be a huge health crisis, and we will become sick.
I trained in London as a Colon Hydrotherapist, and gained a Diploma through the Global Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (GPACT). Nestled in the vibrant town of Newton-Le-Willows, is my clinic where I aim to help people achieve their health goals and enjoy the process.
Yoga, breath work and meditation helped me on my journey for self discovery, calming the nervous system, strengthening the immune system and overcoming life's difficulty. My keen interest in spirituality, led me to complete my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 Diploma through the Centre of Excellence.
