With over ten years experience as a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I found myself consistently researching ways to improve my lifestyle and find ways to help clients improve their lifestyle. Colon hydrotherapy just made sense! I came to enquire more about the lymphatic system and how much of an impact it makes on the body.
Both modalities work very different systems in the body, but they both have an impact on the immune system. Both are so closely linked, if you have a leaky gut it is most likely you have a leaky lymphatic system, if you are sedentary, this will have a negative effect on both systems, which will have a negative effect on the immune system.
A healthy immune system fights infections, supports recovery, identifies abnormal cells, promotes healing and maintains overall health.
I trained in London as a Colon Hydrotherapist, and gained a Diploma through the Global Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (GPACT). I did further training through ARCH (Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists) on the Gravity Colon Hydrotherapy System. The Herbal Enema Course was completed through RICTAT.
I trained through Gateway Workshops and have two certificates in Mild Lymphatic Drainage, Pre and Post Surgery Lymphatic Drainage and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Wood Therapy.
