 A combination of therapeutic massage techniques are applied during the massage. Whatever your preference be it sports and deep tissue massage will be applied targeting knots, tension and tight areas in the body.  

Bamboo sticks are heated for a deep tissue massage and calming effect. Cupping is also applied to bring oxygen and fresh blood to the area of inflammation, which helps to heal the area.

If you suffer from sciatica, lower back pain or frozen shoulder, sports massage, deep tissue and cupping will be applied to alleviate pain, tightness and tension.  

Weather you want to have a therapeutic experience or have the therapist target an area, the massage will enhance circulation, increase flexibility, improve tissue elasticity, reduce muscle tightness and leave you feeling very relaxed.
